In May 2018, Bosnaplod acquired a cold storage facility for processing of raspberries  in central part of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Factory is located in the area rich with raspberry plantations.  This factory produces premium products labelled as ‘IQF raspberry rollend’ meaning individually quick frozen, whole, high-quality raspberry fruit which  is widely used in confectionery and pastry  production and as an end-consumer product  Bosnaplod also produces raspberry grit – ground raspberry fruit ideal for the production of  ice cream, yogurts, jams, bakery fillings and juices.

Our intensely aromatic raspberry is rich in polyphenolic compounds that are enhance better functioning of the brain, blood vessels and health in general. Raspberry is also rich in calcium, vitamins A, C and E, as well as in folic acid.
