The key product made from this cultivar is  deeply frozen ‘rollend’, i.e. mechanically pitted whole sour cherry fruit. As such, it is in high demand for yoghurt, jams, fillings, cakes, confectionery product industries and as a final  product in retail. Bosnaplod was  one of the first producers that introduced automated sour cherry pitting technology in the former Yugoslavia and nowadays, with the new investments in modern manufacturing facilities, it has remained one of the top quality and largest producers and exporters in the region.

Our fresh frozen sour cherry with an irresistibly red color has a powerful antioxidant effect, and it is the perfect source of health. Sour cherry is rich in vitamins A, C and E, alpha-linoleic acid, beta-carotene, and folic acid, as well as in potassium and calcium.
